Q: What is the procedure for submitting a reimbursement request? What receipts or bills are required, such as flight tickets, accommodation, etc.?
A: Air tickets (mandatory), boarding passes(mandatory), confirmation letter/email from Host (mandatory), accommodation, local transport bills (Optional, might be needed in case of auditing).
Q: Will I receive the monthly allowance before or after the exchange program?
A: It is your home university to decide if you are a member of an European partner university payments will be proceeded by home university. For UNACH and USJ payment will be proceed through the host.
Q: If I plan to travel in next month, can I book my tickets now, a month in advance?
A: Yes
