As part of the ENSURE-6G Staff Exchange Programme, funded under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA), Dr. Ana Cavalli and Edgardo Montes de Oca have successfully concluded their secondment at the Network Softwarization and Security Labs (NetsLab) at University College Dublin. This exchange has significantly advanced the joint research activities between UCD and Montimage, with a focus on three complementary directions: the design of novel security and privacy enablers, the strengthening of methodological foundations for privacy-preserving mechanisms in 6G networks, and the development, evaluation, and validation of security testing methodologies. The scientific impact of this collaboration is reflected in two recent publications: the EuCNC paper “Evolution in Security and Privacy for 6G Networks: AI Perspectives and Key Enablers”, recently accepted for presentation, and the paper “Approaches to Enhance Trustworthy and Distributed AI in 6G”, currently under review in the IEEE Open Journal of the Communications Society.
