As part of the ENSURE-6G Staff Exchange Programme, I carried out a secondment at University College Dublin (UCD), Ireland.
During the visit, I participated in the ENSURE plenary meeting, where I had the opportunity to meet colleagues from most partner institutions and exchange ideas on ongoing research directions across the consortium.
I also took part in the 4th SecureNet Summit, which provided valuable insights into current challenges and emerging solutions in secure and resilient networked systems.
A key outcome of the secondment was our collaborative work on the workshop proposal for the Workshop on Decentralised AI for Secure and Resilient Networked Systems (DAISY), which has been accepted and will be held as part of IEEE CSR (International Conference on Cyber Security and Resilience) in Portugal in August 2026.
In addition, we discussed several open datasets available through partner institutions and explored how they can be effectively used for collaborative research on decentralised and federated learning approaches for network systems.
The secondment was a great opportunity for scientific exchange and strengthening collaboration within the ENSURE-6G network.
